Contracts Manager

Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our growing client in Midlothian on a full-time permanent basis.

What’s on offer:

• Full-time permanent position
• £50,000 to £65,000 per annum

Your duties and responsibilities as a Contracts Manager will include:

• Monitoring progression on site, and day to day operations
• Liaising with internal departments and stakeholders
• Monitor performance and progression against the contracts program
• Maintaining a proactive culture towards the health and safety of all aspects of the site
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors
• Organising and attending progress meetings where required

To be successful in this Contracts Manager position you will ideally have:

• Previous experience of managing simultaneous contracts
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong negotiation skills
