Externals Site Manager

Externals Site Manager | Leeds | £50k - £55k + Package

We're currently working with an established contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee the externals package on a large-scale residential development in Leeds.

The role will involve taking responsibility for external works, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing;

• Managing external works packages on a large residential development
• Coordinating groundworks, drainage, hard landscaping and associated external works
• Managing subcontractors, labour, materials and site logistics
• Monitoring programme, quality and health & safety
• Carrying out inspections and ensuring works meet specification
• Working closely with the wider site and project management team
• Managing handovers and closing out defects

What You'll Need;

• Site Manager experience within a main contractor environment
• Strong experience managing external works packages
• Experience on large-scale residential or similar developments
• Good knowledge of groundworks, drainage and hard landscaping
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
