Digital Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives within the insurance sector. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements, improve customer journeys, and deliver digital solutions across web and mobile platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with strong insurance domain knowledge, experience in digital project delivery, and excellent communication skills.




Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and vendors to deliver digital solutions.
Support projects involving customer portals, mobile applications, websites, and digital distribution platforms.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance customer and operational experiences.
Prepare business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
Proven experience delivering digital projects within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of insurance distribution channels, including Agency, Broker, and Bancassurance.
Experience working on mobile applications, websites, customer portals, or digital platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
