Synergy Personnel Services has been exclusively retained to identify an experienced Real Estate lawyer to join a highly regarded, Top 50 UK law firm. This is a strategic hire at Senior Associate or Partner level, offering a genuine opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful and well-established Real Estate practice.

The Opportunity

You will join a nationally recognised Real Estate team advising a diverse client base, including major investors, developers, and commercial landlords. The team is known for delivering commercially focused advice across the full property lifecycle—from acquisition through to ongoing portfolio management.

This role sits within a specialist Asset Management offering, supporting clients in enhancing and protecting the value of their property portfolios through proactive, strategic legal advice.

The Role

You will take a lead role on a broad range of asset management matters, including:

• Lease renewals, re-gears, and restructures
• Landlord & tenant matters across commercial portfolios
• Rent reviews and lease negotiations
• Portfolio management for institutional and private investors
• Acquisitions and disposals as part of asset strategy
• Supporting clients with complex, multi-asset portfolios

You will also be expected to contribute to client development, with the autonomy to build and grow your own client relationships.

The Candidate

This opportunity is suited to an ambitious Senior Associate ready for progression, or an established Partner seeking a platform with less bureaucracy and more commercial freedom.

You will demonstrate:

• Strong experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on asset management
• A commercial, solutions-driven approach
• The ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic advice
• A following or clear business development capability (particularly at Partner level)
