Nature of Contract | Permanent, term time only, 38 weeks per year plus 5 days (39 weeks) |
FTE Salary | GRADE B3, scp 7 - 11, £26,403 to £28,142 per annum, pro rata |
Actual Salary | £22,709 - £24,205, based on 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year |
Working Hours | 37 per week |
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:
- Support students with behaviour in lessons and around school
- Support and lead sessions in The Hub to ensure students have opportunities to reflect and have restorative conversations
- Undertake the supervision of detentions
- Establish positive working relationships with vulnerable students and their families in order to support their needs in school
You will be:
- A highly motivated and hard working individual
- Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
