The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Production Project Manager to oversee projects from design and procurement through to manufacture and installation. This is a key coordination role, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full production lifecycle
• Develop and maintain production schedules in line with project deadlines
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Manufacturing and Installation teams
• Monitor project progress, costs, labour hours and resource requirements
• Identify and resolve programme delays, material shortages and cost overruns
• Maintain accurate project and scheduling information
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management
• Promote health & safety and drive continuous operational improvement

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Production Manager, Project Manager, Manufacturing Manager or similar role
• Background in manufacturing, joinery, fit-out, furniture or a similar environment
• Strong project planning and production scheduling skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read technical drawings
• ERP/MRP systems experience
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
