About you
As the Store Manager, you will be leading and developing a team of 30 in their Mackay location. You’ll take the reins of high volume retail operational store which includes developing a team including Department Managers and sales assistants. You’ll be responsible for driving performance and sales across multiple departments whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the Store Manager, you are a strategic and commercially minded leader who thrives under pressure and communicates clearly. A key part of your role will be in your ability to attract, develop and retain top talent in your team. You will be responsible for recruitment and induction workshops to ensure your team is consistently engaged and delivering sales results.

- Large retail / big box retail management highly regarded
- Confident in managing department managers
- Experience in managing a profit and loss statement

- $90,000 salary + super + profit share
