About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Store Manager to lead the Chadstone boutique.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will play an important part in the success of the store. You'll be responsible for leading and developing your team, driving sales and creating an environment where clients feel welcomed, understood and genuinely looked after.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, getting to know their clients and team, and leading by example. You'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, develop your team's confidence and capability, and help drive the boutique towards its commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the boutique team on a daily basis
• Create a warm, welcoming and elevated experience for every client
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Drive store sales and performance against agreed KPIs and targets
• Coach and develop team members, helping them reach their individual potential
• Create a positive, collaborative and engaging team culture
• Use sales results and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
• Maintain high standards across visual merchandising and store presentation
• Oversee stock management, inventory and day-to-day store operations
• Work closely with the wider business and head office teams
• Represent the brand authentically and ensure its values are reflected in everything you do

Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or senior retail leader
• Experience within premium fashion, luxury or a high-end customer-focused environment
• A genuine passion for fashion and providing exceptional customer experiences
• A proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive strong commercial results
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing a team
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A natural ability to connect with clients and build genuine relationships
• A positive, approachable and confident leadership style
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a busy retail environment
• A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
