We speak with some of the brightest people in the financial industry across Math/Computer science, Statistics/Engineering, for some incredible Quant Developers/Tech and trading type of opportunities.The role:The Financial Recruitment Consultant role gives direct exposure to senior leaders/MD at our client’s organizations, it is extremely varied and you will learn new skills and build on them every day.Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:·Networking with the market – approaching prospective candidates building strong relationships in your market area·Executive search – senior level headhunting to find talents·Screening and liaising with candidates to determine personal strengths and job requirements·Corporate landscape map-out of the industry/ researching market trends and industries·Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates and providing feedbacksDo you have what it takes to become a Financial Recruitment Consultant?To succeed as a Financial Recruitment Consultant experience is not essential as we choose our candidates based on their strong academic background, potential and their transferable skills.
