Job Description

This position will be responsible for Contract Logistics (CL) customer operations at our client’s Rotterdam site.

Contract Logistics (CL) Customer Operations

As the main point of contact for CL customers at the Rotterdam site, you will be responsible for coordinating operations and handling customer communications. Your duties will include:

 

Responding to enquiries from CL customers

Coordinating internally on inbound and outbound operations

Working closely with the warehouse operations team

Managing communication and adjustments with customers as required

 

Requirements

Essential

 

Previous experience in Contract Logistics (CL), particularly in administrative operations

Ability to conduct business communication in English

 

Preferred

 

Experience in customer‑facing roles

Previous overseas working experience

 

Employment Conditions

 

Salary: €42,000–€44,000 per annum

(includes 13 months’ salary and holiday allowance)

Working style: 5 days a week in the office

Other benefits: Commuting allowance provided
