Temporary Receptionist, 1 Month, Burslem Area, £12.71 per hour

Are you a friendly, professional Receptionist who enjoys being the face of a business? We’re looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join a busy office in Burslem for a one-month temporary assignment, starting Monday 1st September. Working hours are Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is available immediately and enjoys working in a busy front-of-house environment. As the first point of contact for the business, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and customers. Duties include

• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls.
• Taking accurate messages and dealing with general enquiries.
• Managing the reception inbox and responding to emails where required.
• Keeping the reception and front-of-house area clean, tidy and presentable.
• Providing refreshments for visitors and preparing meeting rooms.
• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
• Providing general administrative support to the office team.

We are looking for someone who has previous Reception or Front of House experience, who Is confident handling a busy telephone switchboard and can show effective communication and customer service skills. You will be organised, reliable and professional and be available to start on Monday 1st September and commit to the full one-month assignment.
