Trainee Logistics Clerk – Liverpool (Hybrid Working) – £26,227.50 + Bonus + Career Progression – Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting customs processes and ensuring goods move smoothly through the supply chain. You’ll gain hands-on experience and develop specialist knowledge in a highly sought-after field.

Duties include:

• Checking and reviewing documentation for customs clearance
• Preparing and submitting customs declarations (full training provided)
• Communicating with clients via email and providing updates
• Maintaining accurate records for compliance and audit purposes
• Supporting amendments and ensuring all systems are up to date
• Working to deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment

About You

• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills
• Comfortable using computers (MS Office knowledge beneficial)
• Some admin or customer service experience preferred
• Positive, reliable, and a strong team player
