About the role
Service Delivery Lead
TSR Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in the cyber security and professional education sector with the appointment of a Service Delivery Lead.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and commercially minded project professional to take responsibility for the successful coordination and delivery of a range of programmes, projects and events.
The role will involve working across multiple projects simultaneously, managing stakeholders, resources, timelines, risks and budgets, whilst ensuring programmes are delivered to a consistently high standard.
The Role
As Service Delivery Lead, you will provide comprehensive project and programme support from initial scoping and development through to implementation, evaluation and completion.
You will work closely with internal teams, clients, partners and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring projects remain on track, within budget and aligned to agreed objectives.
The role will include:
- Supporting the scoping and development of new projects, programmes and initiatives.
- Providing programme design and development support.
- Developing, implementing and proactively managing clear project plans.
- Coordinating the successful setup and delivery of multiple programmes and projects.
- Managing competing priorities across a varied portfolio of projects.
- Coordinating resources, licences, training, communications, events, webcasts, partners and project materials.
- Organising and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and information systems.
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Acting as a professional and responsive key point of contact for project customers.
- Monitoring project budgets and expenditure.
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
- Tracking progress against project KPIs, milestones and agreed deliverables.
- Producing regular management reports, dashboards and project updates.
- Supporting monitoring, evaluation and impact reporting, including case studies and statistics.
- Capturing lessons learned and turning these into actionable improvements.
- Supporting wider industry engagement activities and events where required.
- Coordinating external event staff and ensuring successful delivery.
- Supporting the development and evaluation of existing and future programmes.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, changing environment and is confident taking ownership of multiple projects from conception through to delivery.
You will be highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong communication and relationship management skills will be essential, alongside the ability to identify potential issues and find practical solutions.
You will ideally bring:
- Demonstrable experience of working across both small and large-scale projects or programmes.
- Strong knowledge of project risk and issue management.
- Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence presenting information to a range of audiences.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to adapt plans and priorities whilst maintaining delivery against agreed deadlines.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a genuine focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Desirable Experience
It would be advantageous if you also have experience of:
- Monitoring, evaluation, impact measurement and learning.
- Supporting education, training, skills development or similar programmes.
- Working across different regions, cultures or time zones.
- Project delivery within the technology or cyber security sector.
- Programme development and product development.
- Project Management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
A degree or equivalent experience is preferred, alongside a relevant project management qualification where applicable.
