TSR Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading organisation within the cyber security and professional education sector with the appointment of a Project Coordinator based in Swansea.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders, and who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support across a range of programmes and projects, helping to ensure they are delivered effectively, on time and to a high standard.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of a varied portfolio of programmes and initiatives, contributing to project planning, administration, stakeholder coordination, reporting and financial tracking.
You will work closely with colleagues, partners and external stakeholders to ensure projects remain organised, well documented and aligned with agreed objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing project support across a range of programmes and initiatives.
- Supporting the scoping and development of new projects and programmes.
- Assisting with programme design and scheduling.
- Supporting the implementation and launch of new projects.
- Coordinating the successful setup and delivery of programmes and pilots.
- Coordinating licences, courses, project materials, webcasts, communications and other programme requirements.
- Working with internal and external partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Organising and maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
- Maintaining project information systems and appropriate document/version control.
- Organising project meetings, including coordinating attendees, papers, actions and follow-up.
- Tracking programme expenditure and maintaining accurate financial information.
- Monitoring progress against project objectives, KPIs and deadlines.
- Identifying project risks, issues and dependencies and escalating where appropriate.
- Maintaining action logs and ensuring agreed activities are followed through.
- Recording and reporting lessons learned.
- Producing regular project updates and management information.
- Supporting the collection of statistics, case studies and other evidence to demonstrate programme impact.
- Assisting with wider industry engagement and events where required.
- Coordinating external event staff and supporting the successful delivery of programme activities.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, methodical and comfortable coordinating a variety of activities at the same time.
You will have a strong eye for detail and be confident keeping projects on track, maintaining accurate records and communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This could suit someone already working within a project coordination, programme support, events, operations or similar environment, who is looking for an opportunity to take the next step in their career.
You will ideally have:
- Relevant experience supporting, coordinating or delivering projects or programmes.
- Experience managing multiple activities and competing priorities.
- A proven ability to work towards agreed deadlines.
- Experience building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining project documentation, records, action logs and plans.
- Experience producing progress updates, reports or management information.
- Confidence working with data, statistics and evidence to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Experience undertaking research and gathering information to support projects or proposals.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to identify potential risks, issues and dependencies and escalate appropriately.
- Confidence working with numerical information and tracking expenditure.
- Good IT skills and confidence using documents, spreadsheets, presentations and shared information systems.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining agreed deadlines.

- Gathering case studies and performance information.
- Working within the technology, cyber security or professional education sector.
- An interest in cyber security and the development of cyber skills.
A relevant qualification, vocational training, professional development or equivalent practical experience would be welcomed.
