We're looking for a Marketing Analytics and Performance Analyst to join a newly established Digital Marketing team and play a key role in building reporting and insight capabilities from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to help create a consistent view of performance across multiple channels, delivering valuable analysis and recommendations that support business growth and decision-making.

Your New Role:
Produce regular reporting and analysis across digital marketing channels, including website, email, social media and paid activity.
Identify opportunities to improve digital performance through insight-led analysis and recommendations.
Support the measurement and evaluation of marketing campaigns, helping to assess performance against objectives and business outcomes.
Contribute to analysis of customer journeys, lead generation activity and conversion performance where appropriate.
Support the development and maintenance of measurement frameworks, tracking approaches and reporting standards.
Contribute to the development of a new reporting and insight function, helping establish best practice, reporting standards and performance measures.
About You:
We're looking for someone who brings:
Ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations and optimisation opportunities.
Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables and reporting.
Understanding of digital measurement principles, including campaign tracking and performance measurement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present data and recommendations.
Exposure to customer journey, conversion funnel or lead generation analysis is advantageous.
Awareness of data governance, KPI frameworks and reporting best practice.
