OT Cyber Innovation Lead

6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | UK-Based | Limited Travel

I’m currently looking for a Senior OT Cyber Security professional to step into an exciting OT Cyber Innovation Lead role with a major organisation within the Energy / Critical Infrastructure sector.

This is not a traditional OT Cyber role. You’ll be working at the forefront of cyber innovation, exploring emerging technologies and new approaches to OT security and turning ideas into real-world solutions.

You’ll take initiatives from concept and proof of concept through to business case, supplier engagement and implementation, working across OT, Cyber, Engineering and Technology teams.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A strong technical OT Cyber Security background
• Experience progressing into a lead, strategic, consulting or delivery-focused role
• Experience delivering cyber, technology or innovation projects
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
• A genuine interest in emerging technology, AI, automation and cyber innovation
• Ideally, experience within Energy, Utilities or Critical Infrastructure

6 months initially with strong potential to extend
UK-based | Approx. 1 day travel per month | Inside IR35
