About the Role
As Store Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 30 across multiple areas of the store, taking ownership of operational standards, team performance, customer experience and commercial results.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 employees
- Oversee multiple departments and all aspects of store operations
- Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance
- Coach, develop and motivate your leadership and frontline teams
- Maintain high operational, merchandising and customer service standards
- Take a hands-on approach to supporting the team and running the store
- Contribute to a positive, accountable and high-performing store culture
- Proven Store Manager experience within FMCG, big-box or large-format retail
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of 20+ employees
- Strong commercial and operational understanding
- Experience managing store budgets, P&L and profitability
- A track record of developing people and improving team performance
- Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor
- Reliable, committed and accountable approach to leadership
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- $90,000 + Super + Profit Share
- Attractive opportunity to significantly increase earnings through store performance
- Rotating roster with every second weekend off
- Three-day weekend every 2nd week
