About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the business, leading a team of eight, including an Assistant Store Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, driving sales, coaching their team and staying close to the numbers.

You will:

• Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Identify opportunities to grow an already successful business
• Build a strong sales and service culture across the store
• Manage rostering, stock, VM and day-to-day operations
• Work closely with your Assistant Store Manager to create accountability and consistency
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong commercial standards

What You'll Bring
We are looking for an experienced retail leader who is confident taking ownership of a high-volume business and knows how to turn opportunity into results.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous Store Manager experience within a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience leading and developing a sizeable team
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and KPIs
• A genuine sales focus and the ability to coach performance on the floor
• High energy, accountability and a proactive leadership style
• Strong operational capability without losing sight of the customer
• The confidence to challenge current performance and drive further growth

• $70,000-$75,000 + super
• Performance bonus of up to $12,000 per annum
