Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing business that owns and operates its own lead generation brands, rather than working across client accounts. With an in-house AI content studio capable of producing creative at genuine scale, they need someone to decide what is worth making, not simply produce more of it.

The Opportunity

• Own the full creative roadmap: research, concepting, briefing and testing
• Direct an in-house AI studio producing variants in hours, removing production as the bottleneck
• Build a concept library and briefing system the wider team actually works from
• Play a central role as the business scales into a new international market

Responsibilities

• Develop hooks, scripts, CTAs and offers that convert, grounded in real account data
• Direct editors, designers and creators to a consistent creative standard
• Track creative performance through hook rate, hold rate and cost per qualified lead
• Keep creative fresh enough to prevent fatigue as spend increases

Your Profile

• Direct-response lead generation experience (ecommerce backgrounds will not be a fit)
• A track record of concepts you originated that went on to scale, with results to show for it
• Strong scripting and copy instincts across video, statics and UGC-style formats
• Hands-on experience with AI tools within the creative production process
