About the role
勤務時間：フルタイム（月曜日〜金曜日）
勤務形態：オフィス勤務
主な業務内容：
- クライアントとの強固な関係の構築および維持
- 営業機能の拡大を目的とした新規ビジネス機会の特定および開拓
- 顧客対応、提案書作成、価格交渉を含む営業プロセス全体の管理
- 年間販売計画に沿った売上および利益目標の達成
- 中長期的な販売・マーケティング目標の設定および推進
- RFQ（見積依頼）への対応を通じた売上拡大および収益性の向上
- オペレーション部門を含む社内チームと連携し、円滑な提供体制の構築並びに顧客の生産要件の予測・モニタリング
- 見積書、図面、製品マスターデータなど営業関連情報の維持・更新
定期的な出張（毎月1〜2回）を行い、ポーランド、チェコ、ハンガリー、スロバキアなど主要市場を担当
必須条件：
営業職の経験
東欧（毎月約1〜2回）への出張が可能であること
有効な運転免許証を保有し、運転が可能であること
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
英国での就労資格を有していること
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキルのある方
- 新しい製品知識を業務を通じて積極的に習得する意欲のある方
