Management Accountant

Management Accountant | Bath | £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits

We are partnering with a growing, multi-product business based in Bath seeking an analytically minded Management Accountant to join their finance function. This role is ideal for a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong numerical and commercial insight, designed to turn operational and financial data into strategic decision-useful intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and in-depth financial analysis with a strong focus on performance, key movements, emerging risks, and commercial opportunities across a growing product portfolio.
• Produce clear board, investor, and senior management reporting, tracking key metrics, recurring revenue performance, and the integration of acquired companies.
• Build and maintain a robust financial data book to support everyday commercial decision-making, board governance, and future transaction readiness.
• Lead the integration of newly acquired entities, ensuring alignment across the CRM, payroll systems, and core finance processes.
• Partner with the Financial Controller to refine the quality, speed, and accuracy of month-end reporting, payroll, data quality, and internal controls.
• Support wider commercial projects, providing business-partnering support and coaching junior members of the finance team.

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant or similar (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong MS Excel skills, good with data
• Collaborative team player
