Location: Town Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3BT, United Kingdom

Working Pattern: 2 days per week – Monday: Working from home and Tuesday: Full day in the office, 15 hours a week

PAYE Pay Rate: £289.76 per day

Main Purpose of the Role

To provide professional property and estates support, managing lease reviews, rent reviews, valuations, disposals and general property matters.

Typical Day Overview

• Managing lease reviews and renewals.
• Handling rent reviews and property valuations.
• Supporting disposals, sales and auctions.
• Managing land encroachment issues.
• Overseeing industrial unit refurbishment projects.
• Monitoring properties on the risk register.
• Providing general property/estate management advice.

Key Skills / Responsibilities

• Experience in property or estates management.
• Knowledge of leases, rent reviews and property disposals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple property-related cases.
• Good attention to detail and record keeping.

Essential Requirements / Qualifications

• Relevant experience in property, estates or commercial property management.
• Knowledge of lease management, valuations and property disposals.
• A relevant property qualification such as RICS/AssocRICS would be desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Driving License
