We've partnered with a well-established Swiss organisation to hire a Team Lead - Microsoft & Windows Infrastructure. This role is suited to an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys leading technical teams while remaining close to the technology, helping to develop and operate a modern Microsoft environment.

What you'll do

Lead a team responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft infrastructure services.
Oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud services, endpoint technologies, and identity platforms.
Ensure the stability, security, and performance of business-critical infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership on infrastructure projects, platform upgrades, and operational improvements.
Support and mentor engineers, coordinate team priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
Contribute to operational planning, service delivery, and resource management.


What you'll bring

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience with Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
Previous experience leading or mentoring infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
Knowledge of modern Identity & Access Management technologies such as Entra ID or similar solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent German and good English.
