Location: Maltby, Rotherham
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: 1st September
Pay: £120–£135 per day, dependent on experience

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Maltby, Rotherham, on a full-time basis from 1st September.
The role will involve supporting learning and development within Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), working closely with the class teacher and providing engaging, nurturing support to young children.

The Role

• Support teaching and learning across the EYFS setting.
• Deliver planned activities and learning sessions.
• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team.
• Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds HLTA status or relevant experience.
• Has experience working within EYFS/Reception.
• Has strong knowledge of early years development and learning.
• Is confident supporting behaviour and classroom routines.
• Is nurturing, reliable and passionate about working with young children.
