About the Company You’ll join an established financial services business providing advice across pensions, investments and retirement planning. The business is focused on developing future advisers internally and supporting career progression. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and discuss their existing pension arrangements. • Identify suitable opportunities for pension reviews and generate qualified leads. • Book qualified appointments for financial advisers. • Build knowledge of pensions, financial services and the advice process alongside professional qualifications. About You • At least one year’s sales experience, ideally in a high-volume outbound environment. • Experience working in a regulated financial services environment. • Experience handling objections and converting leads.
