The successful candidate will: Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or hold prior Teaching Assistant experience. Have recent experience working within UK primary schools. Be confident supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and within the classroom. Demonstrate excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
