Your Role: What to Expect

As a Cover Supervisor, every day brings fresh opportunities. You will maintain continuity and structure in the classroom by:

• Delivering structured lessons provided by absent teaching staff.

• Keeping students engaged, active, and focused on their learning goals.

• Managing class dynamic effectively, upholding school behavior protocols.

• Assisting with lunch and break supervision as required.

• Upholding student welfare and escalating any safeguarding matters to the SENCO.

What You Bring to the Role

If you bring enthusiasm and a proactive mindset, we want to connect with you! We are looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Prior experience in education, sports coaching, or youth-focused environments (strongly preferred).

• An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to process one).

• EWC registration.
