Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is urgently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers (Cat CE) for a busy logistics operation in Middlewich.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers, Class 1 Drivers, Cat CE Drivers, LGV Drivers, CE Drivers, and Multi-Drop HGV Drivers looking for regular weekday work, competitive rates of pay, immediate starts, and ongoing employment with a modern logistics business.

What We Offer

• £17.00 per hour PAYE.
• £21.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE.
• Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• Start times between 6am and 7am.
• Ongoing work.

Key Duties

• Complete 4-8 deliveries per shift.
• Carry out trailer safety checks before each journey.
• Drive and operate an HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately where required.
• Follow all road transport legislation and company procedures.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Full UK HGV Class 1 (Category CE) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience.
• Shunting experience is preferred; training can be provided.
• Strong work ethic with excellent timekeeping.
• Reliable, flexible, and safety-conscious approach.
