Manchester, UK Fintelligent Search Fully funded CeMAP qualification (if not qualified) | Hybrid working after probation | Monthly bonus | Clear progression within secured lending and mortgage advice If you have experience in a fast-paced sales environment and want to build a long-term career in mortgage advice, this Secured Loan Advisor role offers the opportunity to develop your financial services experience while working towards CeMAP if you are not already qualified. You’ll join a specialist lender that invests in its people through structured training, coaching and professional development. You’ll work alongside experienced advisers, developing your knowledge of secured lending and progressing towards a qualified mortgage advice career. Package & Benefits • Salary £35,000 per annum  • Monthly bonus opportunity, with OTE of up to £50,000. • Fully funded CeMAP qualification if not already qualified. • Hybrid working after probation, including three days per week in the Manchester office. • Up to 25 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday off. • Healthcare cash plan, pension with up to 5% employer contribution and Life Assurance. • Cycle to Work scheme and Long Service Awards. About the Company You’ll join a growing specialist lender supporting customers across the UK with secured lending solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage customer enquiries and establish a clear understanding of their secured lending requirements. • Gather relevant information to identify appropriate lending solutions and support customers through the early stages of their application. • Work alongside experienced Mortgage Advisors while developing product, market and regulatory knowledge. • Complete CeMAP and progress towards mortgage advice as your knowledge, experience and qualifications develop. About You • At least 12 months’ experience in a KPI-driven sales or financial services role. • Experience working within a target-driven environment. • Interest in mortgages, financial services or specialist lending, with a willingness to complete CeMAP if required.
