About the role

Radiant Jobs Ltd is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner for a growing healthcare organisation in London. Reporting into senior people leadership, you will manage day-to-day HR delivery, advise managers on complex people matters and help strengthen recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management and HR processes. This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial judgement and credible business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a comprehensive HR advisory and business-partnering service.
  • Manage and support the HR team across administration, payroll coordination and recruitment.
  • Lead complex employee-relations casework including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
  • Coach managers on people management, performance and employment-law requirements.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and required employment checks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and compliance documentation.
  • Support HR strategy, workforce planning, talent and succession activity.
  • Review and improve HR policies, processes and internal controls.
  • Produce management information and support salary benchmarking.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and high professional standards.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a comparable HR role.
  • Strong HR business-partnering and advisory experience.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex employee-relations matters.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law.
  • Experience leading or coordinating an HR team.
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to balance operational casework with projects and strategic priorities.

Qualifications Required

  • CIPD qualification.

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous HR experience within healthcare, private hospitals or another regulated care environment.
  • Experience supporting CQC-related workforce compliance.
