Night Concierge

Radiant Jobs Ltd is recruiting a professional Night Concierge for a premium residential care environment in London. Working approximately 7pm to midnight, you will provide a warm and polished front-of-house service while supporting reception, security, administration and hospitality activity. The successful candidate will be calm, discreet and highly service-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, professionals and suppliers professionally.
• Support arrivals, departures and front-of-house enquiries.
• Answer and direct telephone calls accurately.
• Manage visitor sign-in and follow site security procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing post, parcels and deliveries.
• Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing and record maintenance.
• Assist with hospitality preparation for meetings, events and the following day.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR, safeguarding and health & safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

• At least one year of relevant customer-service, reception or concierge experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional presentation and discretion.
• Good administrative and IT capability.
• Ability to work evening hours and remain reliable and punctual.

Qualifications Required

• No specific professional qualification stated; relevant front-of-house or hospitality experience required.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in premium hospitality, residential care or a similar high-service environment.
