Home Manager

Radiant Jobs Ltd is recruiting an experienced Home Manager to lead a residential care service in London. This senior leadership role carries responsibility for care quality, people management, regulatory compliance, commercial performance and the overall resident experience. We are seeking a credible manager who can inspire teams, maintain high standards and lead sustainable service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the care home.
• Provide clear leadership and effective management for the full staff team.
• Maintain high standards of person-centred residential and dementia care.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulation and health & safety requirements.
• Manage budgets, resources and operational performance effectively.
• Build strong relationships with residents, relatives, commissioners and external professionals.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvement actions where required.
• Develop a positive culture focused on safety, dignity and excellent resident outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• At least 2–3 years’ successful Home Manager experience.
• Strong experience in residential and dementia care for older people.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and operational performance.
• Good knowledge of care regulation and health & safety legislation.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Evidence of raising standards through practical service improvement.

Qualifications Required

• Relevant health, social-care or management qualification appropriate to care-home leadership.

Desirable Requirements

• Registered Manager experience.
• Leadership qualification and evidence of ongoing professional development.
