Clinical Lead

Radiant Jobs Ltd is recruiting an experienced Clinical Lead for a well-established care setting in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an NMC-registered nurse with proven clinical leadership experience to lead high-quality, person-centred care across day and night services. You will combine hands-on nursing expertise with team leadership, care planning and clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team and oversee the delivery of individualised care plans.
• Provide visible clinical leadership and support colleagues during shifts.
• Deputise for the management team when required.
• Liaise effectively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain high standards of care planning, clinical documentation and compliance.
• Support, coach and motivate team members to deliver consistently high-quality care.
• Monitor residents’ changing needs and ensure appropriate clinical action is taken.
• Promote dignity, safety and positive outcomes for residents.

Essential Requirements

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous clinical leadership or senior nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance.
• Experience using recognised clinical assessment tools.
• Proven ability to lead, support and manage colleagues.
• Excellent communication, organisation and clinical decision-making skills.

Qualifications Required

• Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC PIN.

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience caring for older people in a residential or nursing setting.
• Additional leadership, mentorship or care-home clinical training.
