Overview
We’ve been instructed by a leading international professional services firm to recruit a Corporate Governance Administrator to join its London-based Corporate Solutions team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring governance professional looking to build a career in corporate governance and company secretarial services. Working as part of a specialist team, you will provide administrative and compliance support to a portfolio of UK and international clients while gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate governance activities.
Ideally candidates will have up to 1 years of experience, however, entry-level candidates with demonstrable enthusiasm to pursue a career in governance will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client correspondence and act as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding document distribution and filing.
- Coordinate client onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all internal and external requirements are completed efficiently.
- Assist with the preparation, monitoring and distribution of Companies House confirmation statements and related compliance documentation.
- Maintain team trackers, spreadsheets, diaries and action logs, ensuring deadlines and statutory obligations are met.
- Support wider corporate governance activities, including company record maintenance, filings, company incorporations and preparation of governance documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of five GCSEs, including English and Mathematics.
- 1 year’s office-based experience, ideally within a professional services environment (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and confidence using business systems and databases.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a proactive and collaborative approach.
