About the role
- Arrange and manage placements into TA and PRS accommodation
- Ensure properties meet required standards and compliance
- Carry out inspections and monitor housing conditions
- Support the management of voids, re-lets and move-on activity
- Work with landlords, agents and providers to maintain supply
- Manage tenancy and licence arrangements and resolve housing issues
- Provide advice and support to residents to sustain accommodation
- Ensure residents are placed in safe and suitable accommodation
- Improve the quality and management of temporary accommodation
- Support reductions in voids and delays
- Contribute to reducing reliance on high-cost accommodation
- Help improve service performance and efficiency
- Experience in housing, property management or a customer-facing role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workloads and work under pressure
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Awareness of housing standards or willingness to learn
