Location: Alyth (Near Kinross)

Pay: £19.00 per hour

Hours: Mon-Thurs | 21:45 - 07:30 (Enjoy 3-day weekends every single week!)

Looking for a consistent night role with zero weekend shifts?

We are looking for a confident, reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join our small, friendly team. You'll be supporting 5 brilliant individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and ADHD.

Because our residents are great sleepers, this is a calm, low-stress night service where you can genuinely make an impact, bring consistency to the team, and build a secure, long-term routine.

What You'll Do:

• Keep the home safe, secure, and well-maintained while residents sleep.
• Handle light cleaning, laundry, and night admin tasks.
• Provide warm, compassionate care if a resident wakes up or needs support.

What We Need From You:

• Proven support work / care experience (complex needs or autism experience is a big plus!).
• Ability to stay alert, focused, and proactive during waking night shifts.
• Reliable transportation to commute to Alyth.
• Commitment to a consistent Monday-Thursday routine.
