North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking an experienced Agency Senior Social Worker to join our welcoming Children's Assessment & Safeguarding Service. In this role, you will work closely with children, families, and partner agencies to deliver timely assessments, targeted interventions, and high-quality support where it matters most.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify complex needs and reduce risk to help children and young people achieve positive outcomes.

• Build meaningful, collaborative relationships with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals.

Requirements - candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.

• Proven post-qualifying experience as a Senior Social Worker within Children's Assessment & Safeguarding.
