- Being a Daily Ally: Assist with daily routines, personal living activities, and fun skill-building.
- Out & About: Escort individuals to local social outings, hobbies, and community events.
- Creating Good Vibes: Use tailored communication strategies and sensory management tools to keep environments calm, structured, and safe.
- Keeping Track: Log daily progress and celebrate the small (and big!) wins.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in care or neurodivergent support is great, but attitude matters most!
- High emotional intelligence, active listening, and a person-centered mindset.
- Adaptability with communication (from verbal chats to visual schedules).
- A heart aligned with Scottish Autism's core values: Compassion, Contribution, Collaboration, and being a Change Maker.
- A driver's license and vehicle access are a major bonus!
