Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the specific developmental needs of KS1 students.
• Assess student performance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to support academic achievement.
• Maintain a structured and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and student discipline.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to implement the curriculum effectively.
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development initiatives to ensure pedagogical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven expertise as a KS1 specialist with a deep understanding of the national curriculum.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to safeguarding standards.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills suited for a professional educational setting.

Employment Details:

• Salary: £140 - £233 per day, commensurate with experience.
• Hours: Full Time / Part Time
