Location: West Dunbartonshire & surrounding areas (Clydebank, Glasgow, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Greenock)
Pay Rate: £18 per hour (Umbrella) - Weekend Rate
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

About the Role
We are recruiting dedicated Female Care Assistant / Community Support Workers to join our team supporting individuals across West Dunbartonshire and neighboring regions. You will play a vital role in helping older adults maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs.
  • Safe administration and monitoring of medication.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, mobility, and companionship.
Shift Pattern & Hours
This position specifically requires commitment across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Early Shift: 08:00 - 13:00
  • Late Shift: 16:00 - 21:00
  • Flexibility: Option to work split shifts or double up (both early and late shifts in a single day). Shift start/end times may vary by up to 1 hour.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in care (Care at Home preferred; older adults care experience accepted).
Gender Exemption
Female candidates only (Section 9(2)(b) of the Employment Discrimination Law / Occupational Requirement due to personal care duties).
Transport
Valid UK Driver's License with access to your own reliable vehicle.
Location
Must live within a 1-hour commute of West Dunbartonshire Council area.
