We are currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Scarab Sweeper Driver to work for our client based in Hammersmith & Fulham. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Scarab Sweeper Driver looking for ongoing work with a well-established organisation.

The Role of a Class 2 Scarab Driver:

As an HGV Class 2 Scarab Sweeper Driver, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness of roads and public spaces throughout the borough.

Key Responsibilities for the Class 2 Scarab Driver:

Drive and operate a Scarab Road Sweeper safely and efficiently.
Clean roads, streets, car parks, and other public areas to a high standard.
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
Ensure collected waste is disposed of safely and in accordance with environmental regulations.
Complete all relevant paperwork and vehicle records accurately.
Follow all health and safety procedures and road traffic legislation.
Deliver a professional and courteous service while representing the client.
Requirements for  the Class 2 Scarab Sweeper Driver:

To be considered for this HGV Class 2 Scarab Sweeper Driver position, you must have:

Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
Minimum 1 year’s HGV Class 2 driving experience.
Valid Driver CPC qualification.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
No more than 6 penalty points (No major endorsements).
Good communication and customer service skills.
A reliable, flexible, and safety-conscious approach to work.
Previous Scarab or road sweeper experience is desirable but not essential, as training may be provided.
