We have a fantastic and rarely available opportunity to work in our high performing Communications, Marketing and Engagement team. As Senior Communications Officer, you will be leading our team of dedicated Communications Officers working across PR, marketing, and digital communication.
No day will be the same and the post holder will be required to be flexible and think creatively to bring a fresh approach, from developing communication plans with service teams to protecting our reputation in emergency and crisis situations.
You will have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the council and advise our senior management team and elected Members.
