Production Manager

Based in the sports industry, with a focus on nutrition and lifestyle, this is a leading brand now looking to grow out its design team to go well and truly global, so they’re on the hunt for a talented Producer to help them achieve their mission.

The Role
You are the operational engine of a new in-house content studio. The brand has extraordinary access – elite athletes, coaches, sports scientists, major sporting events – but no infrastructure yet to convert that access into finished content reliably and at scale. That’s your job.

You’ll build and own the master production schedule, coordinating everything from pre-production to post-delivery: athlete shoots, documentary productions, photography commissions, external partnerships across UK and international locations. You’ll manage the full lifecycle from location scouting, crew and talent, equipment, and shoot logistics to post-production workflows, rights, and a searchable asset library that stays useful long after delivery.

You report to the Content Studio Lead, who owns creative and editorial direction. They decide what gets made and how good it needs to be. You decide how it gets made, and as you build the production discipline, they spend less time on admin and more on the work. It’s a genuine partnership, and the scope to shape how this studio runs is real.

The Person
You have 8+ years’ production experience – agency, production company, sports media, broadcast, or an in-house studio. You’ve produced both film and photography, run multiple concurrent shoots end-to-end, commissioned freelancers and production companies, and controlled budgets. 

You understand post-production workflows, rights and releases. Sport experience is a bonus, not a requirement, but a genuine interest in content, sport and culture is. International production experience is an advantage.
