Salary: Up to £90,000 + Benefits Location: UK Wide – Hybrid / Client Travel Career Level: ManagerWe are supporting a leading global technology consultancy in recruiting a PAM Manager to join their growing Identity & Access Management capability, with opportunities available across the UK.This is a senior, client-facing position leading complex Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance programmes across enterprise environments, from initial strategy and architecture through to implementation and adoption.You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior clients while leading delivery teams and designing secure, scalable identity solutions.Candidates should have experience of:Leading end-to-end PAM / IAM programmesCyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea and/or One IdentityIdentity & Access Governance (IAG / IGA)Platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, Okta or One IdentityPAM/IAM strategy, architecture and implementationManaging complex technical workstreams, risks and dependenciesProducing IAM governance documentation, operating models and runbooksWorking with senior client and technical stakeholdersLeading teams within complex enterprise environmentsDesirable experience:Active Directory and cloud identity integrationsISO 27001, NIST or COBITIAM/PAM platform certificationsApplication and cloud platform onboardingConsulting, proposals and business developmentWhat's On Offer:• Salary up to £90,000 + comprehensive benefits • UK-wide opportunities • Hybrid working • 30 days annual leave • Private medical insurance • 3 additional volunteering days • Excellent training and career progressionDue to the nature of the client work, candidates must be willing and eligible to undergo Security Clearance, requiring 5+ years' UK address history at the point of application.If you're an experienced PAM/IAM professional looking to take ownership of major enterprise identity programmes while developing your leadership and consulting career, this is an excellent opportunity.Contact [email removed]
