Description

Deliver a proactive and enhanced recruitment service to our candidates and Hiring Managers!

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will deliver a specialist proactive recruitment service, focusing on cost reduction, first time hires and an enhanced level of service throughout the whole recruitment process.

You'll be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to develop new strategies, wider recruitment projects and helping to improve and develop our recruitment processes.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the attraction and engagement strategy by creating social media content and adverts, posting regularly across social media channels and job boards
• Creating engaging advertising campaigns, including negotiation with job advertising platforms and agencies
• Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers in relation to their recruitment needs, making recommendations

The must haves

• Comprehensive awareness and experience using social media channels to support engagement and attraction
• Ability to create creative content, for job advertising, careers pages and job board copy
• Excellent communication skills including negotiation, influencing and making recommendations

This role is part time - 18.5 hours per week.
