Job Title: Skilled Civils Operative
Location: Caithness
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until Christmas 2026 at least
Hours: Monday 8am – 7pm. Tuesday to Thursday 7:30am – 7pm. Friday 7:30am – 3pm.
Rate: Negotiable

We are looking for two local Skilled Civils Operatives for a temporary contract based in Caithness.

Role Responsibilities:

• General groundworks
• Ongoing cable track works
• Working with machines dusting tracks and laying our mark tapes
• Installing spilt ducting at road crossings
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• CSCS card essential
• Previous civils or construction labouring/groundwork experience.
• Good work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Good understanding of site Health & Safety requirements.
• Punctual and dependable
