In this role, you'll be responsible for completing a range of General Operative tasks to a high standard, working across all areas of the factory, maintaining quality and housekeeping standards, following work instructions, and ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed. You'll also have the opportunity to complete training across your designated area, support production trials and improvements, and share your knowledge with colleagues. You'll play an important role in helping the team meet production plans, maintain quality standards and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.
