Business Analyst

Business Analyst | 12-Month Contract

Hybrid (Edinburgh, up to 2 days onsite)
Up to £425 per day
12 months (potential 6-month extension)

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major business change and digital transformation programme. You'll work across organisational modernisation initiatives, helping redesign processes, improve services, gather requirements, and deliver business change.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven Business Analysis experience on business change and digital transformation projects.
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience capturing user stories and business requirements.
• Process mapping, modelling and analysis expertise.
• Strong analytical, reporting and documentation skills.
• Business Intelligence and data management experience.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Understanding of risk management.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Desirable

• Organisational design or operating model redesign experience.
• Lean process improvement / Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience delivering large-scale organisational change programmes.
• Formal Business Analysis qualification.
