Schedule: Bank, Part-Time, or Full-Time

Earning Potential: £15.78/hr (Days) | £16.68/hr (Nights) - PAYE including rolled-up holiday pay

About Us & The Role

Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? We are hiring compassionate Childcare Support Workers to provide nurture, stability, and guidance to children in residential care settings.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering tailored physical and emotional care to every child.

• Building a warm, tidy, and encouraging home dynamic.

• Assisting with school runs, domestic routines, and recreational hobbies.

• Offering calm emotional guidance and de-escalation when needed.

• Keeping clear, confidential logs, care plan notes, and shift handover reports.

• Liaising with social workers, teachers, and healthcare staff.

What You Bring

• 6+ months UK experience in a residential children's home.

• Practical background working directly alongside young people in care settings.

• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
