What You'll Be Doing
Delivering tailored physical and emotional care to every child.
Building a warm, tidy, and encouraging home dynamic.
Assisting with school runs, domestic routines, and recreational hobbies.
Offering calm emotional guidance and de-escalation when needed.
Keeping clear, confidential logs, care plan notes, and shift handover reports.
Liaising with social workers, teachers, and healthcare staff.
What You Bring
6+ months UK experience in a residential children's home.
Practical background working directly alongside young people in care settings.
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
