Site Manager

The Company:   I’m working with a well-established, cash rich, regional contractor who have asked us to source a Site Manager to join their team.   They work for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England.   They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; education, healthcare, leisure and commercial.     The Role:   Due to a healthy pipeline of work set for the rest of 2026 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager.   They are looking to meet with local individuals who have worked as a Site Manager for a main contractor on similar schemes to those mentioned above.   You will need to be based in or able to travel to the Greater Manchester and Lancashire regions on a daily basis.   You will hold valid certifications i.e. SMSTS, CSCS Card & First Aid.     Rewards:   This is a really good time to join an ambitious and very well-respected organisation.   They offer a generous salary package with a variety of benefits.
